Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the Philippines for all retail orders. *

 

*Please take note that this offer is not applicable to wholesale orders. Special delivery requests, including specification of courier and/or future delivery dates are subject to accommodation and will include additional charges.

 

*Returns and re-deliveries will affect final shipping charges. Please take note that shipping charges are non-refundable and therefore will not be refunded for any return or refund requests. Re-deliveries will already incur shipping charges. These shipping and handling charges usually apply: Php 100 for Metro Manila and Php 150.00 for provincial areas. The customer will also be responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning an item.

 


Shipping Coverage

All aerosol products, due to certain restrictions, can only be shipped to a Metro Manila address.

 

For all other products, we are able to ship them nationwide.

 

We regret that we do not ship to international locations.

 

 

Order Processing

We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days (M-F) after payment verification.  Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change details such as add to the order, change delivery address, cancel an order and/or other order details.

 

 

Shipping Time

Depending on where your shipping destination is, transit time for the arrival of your order from the day it was shipped out is from 1 to 7 business days, provided that the delivery address is accurate and complete and the receiver is available to receive the parcel.

 

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes the courier used on your package with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.

 

We make every effort to ship your goods within the said period. Although we may make our best approximation, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be delayed by factors outside of our control.  If you would like to check the status of your order, you may log in to your account and view the order status. Alternatively, you can also track your order by entering the tracking number into the express tracker field or you can also go to www.xend.com.ph and enter your tracking number into the express tracker. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 72 hours before tracking status is updated by the designated couriers on their respective systems.

 

Please be advised that some orders may require more than one package to ship. Items ordered together may also be delivered separately. In addition, the courier may require someone to sign for your shipment. If the receiver is unavailable to receive the package or the address is incomplete, this will delay the delivery.

 

If you are still waiting for your parcel beyond the usual lead time, please contact concierge@collonil.ph and we will follow up on your shipment. Please make sure to indicate your order number.

 

 

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via Xend. However, we may opt to ship via a different courier from time to time.

Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Shipping and handling is subject to change at any time.
