Shipping and Handling
We offer free standard shipping to the Philippines for all retail orders.*
*Collonil Philippines offers free shipping only for the initial shipment of the order. Please take note that this offer is not applicable to wholesale orders. Special delivery requests, including specification of courier and/or future delivery dates are subject to accommodation and will include additional charges.
*Returns, exchanges and/or re-deliveries will affect final shipping charges. For unsuccessful deliveries due to the fault of the buyer, any re-ship or re-delivery will already be on the buyer’s account. These shipping and handling charges usually apply: Php 150 for Metro Manila and Php 200.00 for provincial areas.
*Please take note that shipping charges are waived for the initial order and shipment, but these are non-waivable and non-refundable and therefore will not be refunded for any return or refund requests. The initially waived shipping fee would also have to be paid by the customer for any return and refund. More on this below (please see note at the very last).
*The customer will also be responsible for paying own shipping costs for exchanging and/or returning an item, and for re-deliveries as a result of the exchange and/or return. To check if your item is eligible for Return, please view our Return Policy.
Our partner couriers are Ninjavan and Zoom. However, we may opt to ship via a different courier from time to time.
We also offer the Lalamove Next Business Day service for Php 150.00 for Metro Manila Destinations. To qualify for Next Business Day, orders and payment confirmation must be received before 6pm of the previous day.
All aerosol products, due to certain restrictions, may be rejected by certain couriers. It is a rare occurrence, but if this happens and the courier returns the parcel to us, we will be issuing a full refund for the order using the original method of payment.
We regret that we do not ship to international locations.
We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days (M-F) after payment verification. Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change details such as add to the order, change delivery address, cancel an order and/or other order details.
Depending on where your shipping destination is, under normal circumstances, transit time for the arrival of your order from the day it was shipped out is from 1 to 7 business days for Metro Manila and up to 14 days for provincial destinations, provided that the delivery address is accurate and complete and the receiver is available to receive the parcel.
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes the courier used on your package with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
We make every effort to ship your goods within the said period. Although we may make our best approximation, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be delayed by factors outside of our control.
If you would like to check the status of your order, you may log in to your account and view the order status. We also send the tracking details of your order to your email address. This includes the courier as well as the tracking number for your parcel or shipment. These details are provided so you may personally keep track of the progress of your shipment via the courier’s website. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 72 hours before tracking status is updated by the designated couriers on their respective systems. If, however, there are issues with the delivery of your parcel or you are still waiting for your parcel beyond the usual lead time, please reach us at Viber +63 915 730 8880 and we will be glad to assist you with your concern. Please make sure to indicate your order number.
Please be advised that some orders may require more than one package to ship. Items ordered together may also be delivered separately. In addition, the courier may require someone to sign for your shipment. If the receiver is unavailable to receive the package or the address is incomplete, this will delay the delivery.
Missing or Lost Parcels
Although rare and isolated, couriers may lose parcels or shipments from time to time. Rest assured, we always replace lost shipments or parcels. If you think your shipment or parcel is taking too long to be delivered or missing, please send us a Viber message at +63 915 730880. We will escalate the issue with the courier and will give you constant updates as to this regard. However, as a matter of SOP, we are only able to replace or refund the lost shipment once courier has officially declared it as lost or missing. If your package is missing, please allow the courier 3-5 days to investigate, and based on historical evidence, courier is able to either find and resume delivery of the parcel, or officially declare it as missing, thereby allowing us to process a replacement.
Definition of Shipping
Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Shipping and handling are subject to change at any time.
Note: Please note that any request for refund is governed by our Return Policy. However, if a parcel or shipment is being returned to us by the courier due to unsuccessful delivery due to the fault of the buyer, and for some reason the buyer does not want to shoulder the cost of the re-delivery and would want a refund for the order, the initially waived shipping fee would have to be paid by the buyer before the refund will be processed. Please understand that we are able to waive the initial shipping fee from the sale -- we take this from our margins, but if the parcel is returned to us by the courier, we are charged twice – the initial shipment as well as for the return. Considering this, the initially waived shipping fee would have to be paid by the buyer before we can process the return and refund. The buyer would have to settle the initially waived shipping fee, otherwise, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount. To illustrate, Customer A ordered an amount of Php 750.00. Collonil Philippines shipped out this order and was charged Php 150 by the courier for delivery. Courier attempted to deliver the shipment to Customer A three times, but because no one is available at the shipping address to receive said parcel for all the 3 times delivery was attempted, courier is returning the parcel to Collonil Philippines, and Collonil Philippines will again be charged Php 150.00 by the courier. Customer A does not want to shoulder the re-ship of the order and is requesting for a refund. Collonil Philippines would have to request for the settlement of the initially waived shipping fee of Php 150.00 from Customer A, and after the settlement, the ordered amount of Php 750.00 will be refunded to Customer A using the original method of payment.
